- Test the link: it should open a “Write a review” page with your business name at the top.
- Add it to order confirmations, invoices, follow-up emails and your email signature.
- Print the sign or download the QR code for packaging and your counter.

What is my Trustpilot review link?
It’s https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/ followed by your website’s domain, e.g. trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourbusiness.co.uk. It opens the review form for your business directly, instead of your profile page.
Do I need a Trustpilot Business account?
No. The link works for any business with a Trustpilot profile. If your business isn’t on Trustpilot yet, the first review will create the profile.
Should I use www in the address?
No, use your domain on its own (yourbusiness.co.uk). We remove www automatically, because that’s how Trustpilot lists businesses.
Does a QR code or an NFC card work better?
A printed QR code is a great free start. NFC stands and cards also work with a simple tap, which most customers find quicker than opening the camera, and they’re durable enough to sit on tables and counters for years.
